David has been actively composing music since the age of 12 beginning with pieces written on the family piano.  As his interest in music developed, David explored electronic music in the mid 80s and eventually moved to formal composition studies at York University under James Tenney. Since graduating, he's provided music for short films, advertisements, radio and concert works. Stylistically David's music runs the gammut from orchestral to electronic to jazz and beyond.
